Edouard Getaz, InsideRisk click here for CV
Experiential learning:
A new way approach to team bonding and leadership development
Through a multimedia experience, InsideRisk’s founder Edouard Getaz will immerse you in the true story of a hostage situation that took place between Switzerland and Colombia in 1988. During the session, you will be asked to make some of the critical decisions that the main protagonist had to make, before finding out what happened in the actual case. Getaz will then debrief with the participants and highlight some key behaviours that are fundamental to critical thinking in high-stakes situations. InsideRisk events are presented worldwide; clients include Airbus, Nestlé, the European Investment Bank, etc.
